A40 contains the following rooms: hallway, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom and a multifunctional terrace divided into an indoor and an outdoor part. The total net area of the apartment is 87m2. Along the edge, guests have full autonomy of central gas heating at their disposal. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a spa bath, and the kitchen has a dishwasher.
Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and necessary accessories for preparing, cooking and serving food for 4 people. Please note that we do not offer to prepare, cook and/or serve food. The main entrance to Apartment-40 is under video surveillance and additionally secured with a security door. Children are welcome, and for them we have additional equipment for entertaining, preparing and serving food. We have provided our guests with high standards of waste disposal and recycling. Apartment-40 is air-conditioned, and in winter, additional heating of the conservatory is provided. Consequently, for safety, sensors have been installed that activate an alarm in case of detection of smoke, carbon monoxide, uncontrolled spillage of water and increased temperature due to fire. An integral part of the equipment are a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Apartment-40 is a 15-minute walk from the Maksimir Park with its numerous walkways, cycling, walking and jogging paths. The nearest tram stop is a 10-minute walk towards Maksimirska Street or the Borongaj interchange. For this purpose, the main square and the city center can be reached by tram in 15 minutes. You can reach the Central Station in a few minutes by fast light train, the station is 5 minutes away from the apartment.
