The price is calculated by multiplying the number of days and persons staying in Apartment-40. However, the price also depends on the season, days of the week, supply and demand and/or other seasonal price formation. The final price combines the set price for one night with the number of adults and children, and other types of discounts are included. Furthermore, the prices below are just an example of price calculations. Finally, the final price you will pay for renting Apartments-40 is the one calculated by the system in the online booking form. All prices are in EUR.
Individual price (price for one night for one adult)
Double price (price per night for two adults)
Each additional adult (third and fourth) will increase the price of one night
Every child (and child means a person who has not reached the age of five at the time of booking as the third or fourth person in the registration of guests) will increase the price of the night, but significantly less compared to the increase for the third and fourth adults.
The price for one adult and one child for one night is as well as for two adults. The difference is only a few euros compared to the price for one adult.
A significant increase in price applies to the third and fourth adults or the third and fourth children.
Maximum occupancy per night is 4 people including adults and children
Apartment40 especially rewards and appreciates guests who plan their stay longer than one night and applies discounts to prices related to these categories and combinations. The longer the stay means the greater the discount, which changes depending on the seasonal part of the year.
During the booking process, and before you decide to finally book, you will see average discounted night rates and compare them with standard rates per night that you have not marked for your stay. The discount will apply for two, three, four, five, six and seven nights. A discount valid for seven nights is valid for each subsequent night until 15. From 15 nights to 25 nights, an even bigger discount is valid, and after 25 nights for each subsequent night, the discount is valid for 25 nights.
Further, there are two types of supplements that are not mandatory as follows:
Parking spaces are available around the apartment, free at a distance of 10 to 50 meters. Furthermore, no one can guarantee that you will find a free parking space. Additionally, every time you move your car, the previous space might be busy when you return. On the other hand, there is a possibility to book your parking space in advance in the underground garage where the apartment is located. There are only a few stairs and you don’t have to leave the building. Also, there is a possibility of exiting the garage through the garage door in order to bypass the staircase, which is suitable for people with reduced mobility and people in wheelchairs. The price is per day that will be visible during the online procedure and will be specially calculated and visible in the total price of the reservation. The amount of parking, if you have selected this option, will also be visible on the invoice that will be attached in the confirmation email.
Extra bedding – in case the apartment will be booked for 2 adults who need bedding for an extra bed. This option should be marked only in this case, booking for 2 adults who will use 2 beds and 2 sets of bedding. Two people can be two, two, two or one/one + one child.
All supplement calculations will be visible separately before you decide to book and also in the invoice attached in the email confirmation. Discounts do not apply to these two supplements.
