Basic rules, requirements and obligations apply to all persons staying in the apartment. Guests should prepare an identity card or passport upon arrival. The owner has a legal obligation to register all guests on the national portal – eVisitor.
For this purpose, companies that make reservations on behalf of their employees are responsible for the accuracy of the data. All persons who will be accommodated in Apartment-40 will be asked to accept all obligations before confirming the reservation.
Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The host is not responsible for their eventual disappearance. When leaving the apartment every day, lock the front door and close all the windows. All lighting and other electrical devices, including air conditioning or heating, should be turned off when you are not in the apartment.
In addition, the guest is obliged to inform the host about possible damage. If the damage was caused by the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage before departure. Guests do not pay a deposit in advance for possible damage.
In case of violation of the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the accommodation service. In this case, the guest is not entitled to a refund for the already used days for accommodation. We ask guests to respect the house rules in their entirety.
Apartment-40, i.e. the owner, has no responsibility for possible illegal misdemeanor or criminal activities and actions of accommodation users.
The owner will charge guests €50.00 for lost keys.
